We arrived late in the night, rain was pouring, but the big smile welcomed us. After we checked in, we went to the kitchen to have an amazing home-cooked dinner. The perfect first Sri Lankan experience! Room was nice, clean, with a/c. In the morning, we heard interesting story how the business started in the first place and about all the people working there. Many thanks for really welcoming stay, we felt safe as a female travelers :)

For eg, behind the door they have stuck details about hospitals and ambulances (not just the usual government ones, but also beyond that). The mini fridge items are not very highly marked up. Has utensils and cleaning supplies too. Really cozy room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The roof access is amazing, you can chill and watch flights land. Since they are aware of the noise from the flights landing, they have provided even ear plugs.
