Situated in Kandy, within 4.4 km of Kandy City Center Shopping Mall and 4.5 km of Kandy Museum, Kandy Living Homestay features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests... This place is special. On the outskirts of Kandy (20min with Tuktuk, ca. 330 rupees). Beautiful and well-kept villa overlooking rice-fields, with extra friendly staff, a good room that leaves nothing to be desired. We were invited to join the cooking of our dinner in the outdoor kitchen, which was a great experience, as some ingredients came straight from the organic vegetable garden. The food was SO GOOD, both dinner and breakfast. Lots of flying bats in the evening, accompanied by chill music and an overall lovely vibe. We liked it so much that we came back 2 weeks later, here we got help (and a good price) for a taxi transfer to Nuwara-Eliya. This is not the right hotel if you want to arrive late, eat out, and leave early the next morning. Thank you Sandy & Team for everything!

Amazing view!!!! Beautiful room! So disappointed that we booked only for one night. We would love to stay few more days. Host was the best of the best! We met so many lovely people during our trip but noone was like he was. We felt so comfortable around him. If you want to visit Kandy you should choose this place.

The staff was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious, the accommodations were great and the hotel had an amazing view. Our stay was made extra special by Rathna who took us on a Tea Tuk Tuk tour that was a highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Located in Kandy and only 5.7 km from Kandy Museum, Villa25 Homestay free pick up from the centre provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nimesh was an excellent host. The house is incredibly beautiful and the room was very clean. Specially recommended if you want to be near Kandy but also in the middle of the forest.

Located in Kandy and only 1.8 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, No 06 Veediya Bandara Lane Bahirawakanda provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The host and his family were very accommodating and welcoming. They were all lovely to be around, the gentleman gave us some good recommendations and helped with transport .. The stay felt like home. Clean and comfortable, the wifi was really good and we had a really delicious breakfast. It was about a 30 minute walk into the city down hill, 5 minute Tuktuk back up for 200-350 SLR (uber or pick me). The bathroom needs a little love but it was a very good value for money and we both really enjoyed staying with the family. I would book again.

We had an amazing stay at Chandi Mahals!! The hosts hospitality was truly exceptional, extremely kind and helpful man who went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. The included breakfast is delicious and such a treat to enjoy home cooked Sri Lankan meals with fresh homemade juices too! He is more than willing to drop you to local attractions and gave us a list of things to see. He arranges it all! Honestly the best place we’ve stayed after a month of traveling Sri Lanka.

Boasting pool views, Villa Sole features accommodation with balcony, around 5.6 km from Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. Raj and the team keep the villa perfectly clean and tidy. It is well appointed and true to all the photos. The food was great and breakfast was delicious. Raj was very responsive assisting with transport and making plenty of helpful suggestions. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property, especially for large family groups. We were 6 adults and everyone had plenty of space and was comfortable. Would happily return.

The long outdoor dining table, set up for both dinner and breakfast, allowed us to enjoy our meals surrounded by the beauty of nature and the mountains—a truly unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even running to the local shop for us. They also helped find accommodation for our guide and driver, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. I will 100% be back and will be highly recommending this gem to future travelers!
