The people were amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the food was even better. We also did a hiking tour with the hotel’s guide, which was an incredible experience. We highly recommend staying for at least two days — it takes about two hours to drive up the mountain, and you’ll want a full day to explore the beautiful surroundings. Please go ahead and book — it’s absolutely wonderful!

He is a safe driver who showed me many places per day in his comfortable car and she cooked fantastic meals for me with fresh herbs and spices out of their own ‘jungle’. They are a lovely and honest family, the best hosts during my world-travel :-) Also: the place is a gem in the mountains, beautiful decorated and with a clean pool. I felt really at home here.

Our highlight was that he organized a night-out in the village, showing us around the rice fields and the temple and serving us amazing local food in the village in the traditional way.
