We loved the accommodation, with a beautiful terrace at the front overlooking nature and the sunset. The owner was helpful in arranging a safari and for advising restaurants in the neighbourhood for take away (so we could it with the beautiful view). The sanitaire was clean.

This is a genuine feedback. One of the best service we have had in 4.5 months of travelling across Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia. The owner was superb in helping us out. He text before hand if we needed picking up from bus stop for free. He has his own tuk tuk and took us to bus stops and showed us on our way to sites we were visiting. Hit water for tea/coffee was always available in beautiful tea pots. He offered to cook us an evening meal in his home and invited the other single guest. Amazing tasty food of dhal, pumpkin, coconut and herb mix, rice. Only 900 rupees each. He then dropped us off to the bus stop 8-10 mins away for free. We obviously offered him money but he was more keen that we wrote of our experiences of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

The family who runs the hotel is incredibly warm and caring – we felt at home from the very first moment. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. An ideal place to reconnect with nature, unwind, and experience the authentic Sri Lanka. We leave with full hearts and deep gratitude. Thank you for this beautiful escape!

The hosts were amazing. So welcoming to our family and open. We had the most incredible dinner and breakfast cooked by them and shared with the two families. We learnt a lot about Sri Lankan culture and would highly recommend other people to stay.

Terletak di Kataragama, 12km dari Situlpawwa, The Den at Yala menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma, teres dan restoran. We loved our stay! Rooms are huge, as well as the bed, and super comfortable. The staff very friendly and the cook excellent. Gabriel and his family are a delight. he helped us at all times and provided us with the info we needed to go on safari. The lodge is very close to Yala Park so it is a must if you plan to visit.

Big room and bathroom with space to eat (so we could eat in our room instead of the restaurant upstairs, which was very cute tho...). Best wifi we had during our trip. Great location for Lunugamvehera Safari (we did not book it with them, but it seemed like we could because they also had a safari jeep). The owner speaks dutch and is very nice! We arranged a well priced tuktuk with her, that took us to Dickwella at 7 pm after our safari (about 2.30-3h drive). We enjoyed our stay and definitly recommend when visiting the Lunugamvehera side of Yala national park. Glad there was a restaurant in the hotel, because there did not seem to be much in the area (we didn't mind tho, we were only here for the safari :))

Terletak di Hambegamuwa di kawasan Monaragala District, Glimra eco lodge mempunyai balkoni. I traveled to this lodge alone and felt the entire time like I was visiting family. Roshani was so attentive, thorough and communicative. She not only provided accommodations but invited me on various cultural experiences so I could get a first hand experience. I highly recommend staying here!

Dengan Kuil Kataragama yang boleh disampai dalam 36km, Forest Tree Top Holiday Resort menyediakan penginapan, restoran, taman, teres dan bar. BEST stay on our entire trip through Sri Lanka. Truly such a unique experience. Bethiya was such a wonderful host. He was so enthusiastic during our safari tour, we had so much fun. The beds were comfortable and had bug nets. Sleeping in the woods was so relaxing, we could hear the leaves of the trees rustling in the night. The food was INCREDIBLE. Such a great price. I recommend this place to everyone.

Menawarkan basikal percuma, restoran, dan bar, Yala Avian Eye Safari mempunyai penginapan di Buttala dengan WiFi percuma dan pemandangan taman. Highly recommended for the tasty Sri Lankan home cooking and the nice private safari into the less crowded part of Yala park. Cannot beat this for the price especially with good AC and hot water shower. Worth going a bit out of the way for.
