Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

The property is very nice and a very short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean and there is a large rack for drying wet clothes and towels as well as several clotheslines on the property which was very helpful. The restaurant on site had great food and was very reasonably priced. Jey and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! You will definitely feel well looked after. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable bed in a clean room at affordable price. We stayed in March and it was lovely and quiet. Lovely peaceful gardens to relax in providing shade on a sunny day. Beach is a stones throw away and very safe for swimming. Exceptional food, huge portions, provided by the lovely friendly host, Brenda. Recommend a stay here.

I was in low season and everything was closed besides few restaurants. Was also raining most of the time but nevertheless I had a nice stay and the owner took care of me as I was a bit sick. Will be back!

The animals, once stray and injured, follow him around with admiration. Healthy and thankful to have met him. You will have your morning coffee with a cat on your lap (or 3), spend your day at the beautiful beach no more than 5 minutes walk away and spend your evening wanting to talk to Prashanth and hearing about his life and the history of Sri Lanka. The was a lot of space at the room and it was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, they served many different Sri Lankan and Indian specialties. Staff was very friendly and interested. Only 5 min to the beach

Nothing to put your luggage on in the room but I’m sure the owner will provide for everything in the future , the guesthouse is brand new and had just opened around the 1st of August . It’s located 10 mn from the beach . There are several little restaurants in the area. “ Seafood restaurant “ at the end of the street is a good one . The beach is natural , no club, no loud music , it’s beautiful you can find some mat to relax at the little restaurant on the beach .

Nice place and the owner is very supportive and a very decent character. Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀
