Guest House is set in Luxembourg, 40 km from Thionville train station, 45 km from Trier Central Station, and 45 km from Trier Theatre. It was a wonderful stay & the host was very helpful. Easy access by public transport to the city, great amenities & thoughtful touches :) I recommend

Le Place d'Armes is situated in the centre of Luxembourg, 300 metres from Notre-Dame Catherdral. This boutique hotel features elegant Art Deco décor, a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. We were provided easy directions to access the pedestrian area of town prior to our stay. We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff-and a glass of champagne! The facilities are classic modern and offered great space. The location was spectacular right in the heart of town. Breakfast was also great. They recommended a delicious restaurant and even made reservations for us.

Initially, we planned to stay for just one night, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay to two nights. A special mention goes to Jorge at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel’s location is fantastic, with the tram just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for us to explore the city.

Our stay at the apartment was everything we needed. First of all, the host himself was so lovely, very accommodating and offered to help and give advice whenever needed. Secondly the bed was super comfy / super huge and the heating worked perfectly. The entire apartment was equipped with everything a guest would need- especially if wanting to save from eating out every night. The living areas were clean and tidy too. The bus stop is only a short two minute walk, where you had access to fantastic and FREE public transport! With a close by walk, we too found plenty of shops / supermarkets which had everything you’d need. The location of the apartment makes it a very quiet area, which is idyllic for a break away. We couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Offering a garden and garden view, Maia is set in Wiltz, 32 km from National Museum of Military History and 32 km from National Museum for Historical Vehicle. Nice little cottage near Wiltz that has everything you need for a weekend getaway for 2. In the area you can walk different beautiful trails and enjoy nature. We were there in December and the owners even setup a Christmas tree to make it feel extra cosy. Definitely recommended!

Great location. Great host. Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Full stock of toiletries and coffee pods. We had a great time. 2 adults and 2 kids.
