Beautifully restored and decorated Riad on the edge of the Fes Medina. We felt at home from the moment we walked in and were served tea and baked goods which were greatly appreciated after a long drive from the desert. The staff were exceptional and really elevated our experience with their kindness and guidance, especially Houssam and Ali. The breakfast was delicious with nice variety. A highlight of this Riad is definitely the rooftop which boasts a small pool and seating areas that overlook the Medina. I also tried the hammam which I strongly recommend.

يتمتع مكان إقامة "Dar Houda" بموقع جيد في حي فاس البالي في فاس حيث يبعد مسافة 2.7 كم عن متحف القصر الملكي في فاس، و800 م عن Batha Square، و900 م عن Medersa Bouanania. I had a great stay at Dad houda. Everything is very clean, it‘s beautifully decorated and Hicham is a excellent host. Don‘t miss to try their Pastilla, the best I‘ve had in all Morocco.

A special thanks and deep appreciation to the kitchen chef, whose incredible talent made my stay even more memorable. She prepared a special Refesa just for me upon request, and it was absolutely exceptional beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and prepared with such care. It was a highlight of my trip and a gesture I will never forget. I would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to Bouchra, Mohamed, and Yousif for their wonderful attitude, kindness, and impeccable service. Their welcoming smiles, thoughtful assistance, and exceptional treatment throughout my stay made all the difference. They represent the very best of Moroccan hospitality. It has all the usuals you expect from a beautiful historic home within a Moroccan Medina but this one has a giant tree within it, as well as a terrarium for turtles. It also has an epic sunset spot where I also had my breakfast. The host Mohammed is awesome. My room was really cool because it was like a hidden cave in one corner of the house. The bathroom is private but located on another floor. It’s actually a good thing because you’re not staring at the toilet from your bed like most places. Best air conditioning I had so far this trip. I actually got the room TOO cold at one point!
