Os funcionarios são muito simpáticos e a comida é muito boa, variada e em grande quantidade. Tem um terraço muito agradável e todo o grupo adorou a estadia. O valor que pagámos foi inferior ao pedido noutros riads semelhantes. Voltarei com certeza a reservar no Riad Babá quando voltar a Fès e já recomendei a um grupo de amigos que costuma vir a Marrocos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Riad Dar Timrad, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Com uma boa localização na área de Fes El Bali, em Fez, Dar Houda localiza-se a 2,7 km de Palácio Real de Fez, a 9 minutos a pé de Batha Square e a menos de 1 km de Medersa Bouanania. Hicham e a sua esposa são o casal mais afável que conheci nesta viagem! De uma humildade e simpatia absolutamente incrível! Hicham sempre preocupado, sempre disponível para tudo o que for preciso! Se forem de carro, existe um parque a cerca de 1km e custa 2€ por dia. Sendo o alojamento no meio da Medina não é possível chegar lá de carro mas se precisarem o Hicham vai ter convosco e leva-vos até ao alojamento. Quarto espaçoso, ar condicionado funciona na perfeição, WC limpo e terraço incrível onde a esposa do Hicham serve um pequeno almoço dos deuses.

When we arrived at the riad we felt like in a palace. The building is beautiful in the best morrocan tradition, the rooms are big and beautiful and tastefully decorated. Great rooftop with amazing view. Special thanks to Josef who was amazing to us. The location is great right in the Medina close to the gate . Breakfast was very good too

Dar Rihanne apresenta um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Fez. Another fantastic option. It has all the usuals you expect from a beautiful historic home within a Moroccan Medina but this one has a giant tree within it, as well as a terrarium for turtles. It also has an epic sunset spot where I also had my breakfast. The host Mohammed is awesome. My room was really cool because it was like a hidden cave in one corner of the house. The bathroom is private but located on another floor. It’s actually a good thing because you’re not staring at the toilet from your bed like most places. Best air conditioning I had so far this trip. I actually got the room TOO cold at one point!
