We stayed at Riad Dar Saidi for 9 days and couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our time whilst in Rabat. Everybody there was so hospitable, by the time we left we felt we’d been staying with family as opposed to a hotel. From the moment we landed, Anass took great care of us by helping arrange a taxi, greeting us with tea upon arrival. He was so welcoming, made sure we knew about everything there was to do & see in Rabat, and if we needed anything he was always a quick text away. The owner was also such a warm presence and so lovely. The rooms were kept absolutely spotless by the very lovely housekeeper, who always had a smile on her face. There was a delicious breakfast every morning, which varied but generally consisted of Moroccan breads, pastries, eggs, fruits etc with Moroccan tea & coffee. The Riad is perfectly situated just off a bustling street of the medina with lots of food stalls and shops on your doorstep. Additionally, it’s only about a 5 minute walk to the square & souks, and about 15 to the marina and Kazbah des Oudayas.
