Most importantly, the staffs are very friendly and helpful , and can speak good English. One reception staff, I don’t know his name, when I was facing big conflict with local travel agency, he offered a lot help and problem resolved perfectly .

We had such a great stay at ULIV Pulse Roma Condesa. The place was super clean and in an amazing location, close to so many restaurants, cafés, and shops. We loved being able to walk over to Roma Norte in the evenings for dinner and exploring the area. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Andres, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. The building felt very safe, with security always there to let you in and out, which made checking in and getting around really easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Mexico City!

The host especially was so responsive and considered every aspect of my needs to great precision. The internet for example was a little slow on the first day and I had an online meeting the next day, the host saw to the problem and even offered to personally check in with me to ensure that the issue was solved. Other than that the proximity to both terminals at the airport was a great benefit as I needed a place for travel. Overall, if you need a place by the airport, this should be your choice. Also there are nice restaurants that are not too expensive nearby.
