Perfect location- surrounding streets are vibrant, full of small food stands, but also restaurants/pubs and its safe. Hotel is new, clean and receptionists are very helpful and polite.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is outstanding. You are within easy walking distance of everything in Roma and Condesa, with fantastic cafés, restaurants, taco spots, and bars literally around the corner. The area feels very safe, lively, and welcoming, with genuinely friendly people everywhere you go. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed is excellent, the shower is great, and overall the apartment feels very well thought out and maintained. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. One of the highlights is the rooftop. It offers a beautiful view over the Mexico City skyline and quickly became one of our favorite spots. We took pastries and coffee up there in the mornings and also went back in the evenings just to relax and admire the view. A special mention goes to the doorman, who is an absolutely amazing guy. Always smiling, always helpful, and someone who genuinely brightens your day. Another big plus is the flexibility with luggage. We were able to leave our bags safely at the building until our flight, which made our last day completely stress free. Overall, this is incredible value for money. Highly recommended. You honestly cannot do better than this

Staff were in good contact, facilities were very modern and in full working order, very comfortable and warm, good wifi connection. Easy to connect to the airport, 5 mins in Uber, or 15 mins walking if using the connecting overpasses (not the recommended walking route on Google Maps). 10 mins by Uber to Plaza Encuentro Oceania. Small stores close by to buy snacks.

Amazing service and very very friendly. Pablo is a great member of the team who provided me with everything I needed for my stay. The space is beautiful, the room was very comfortable. Amenities and room service was top tier. Highly recommend.

I'm a coming back guest from a year ago as it was a good stay there. The location is good, the price is good, what's more, the host is quite kind and helpful. Can't think of expecting the same anywhere else from another in Mexico city. The location is quite safe. The host can be reached by WhatsApp if you have any concerns or questions and that makes me feel comfortable,too.

Lovely boutique hotel with stylish/modern rooms, located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Would stay here again when visiting Mexico City.
