We had a marvelous stay. The skyline views were stunning, and room 2408 was absolutely mind-blowing. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, always ready to assist with our needs. We did have a minor issue with the Wi-Fi; while I could connect my laptop, we couldn't get our four mobile phones online. However, the excellent service more than made up for it. Truly world-class staff.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

Camotepec noktasında bulunan Cabañas Chalets Piedra Alta Zacatlan tesisi oturma alanına sahip bir konaklama imkanı sunar. Tesis bünyesinde özel park yeri mevcuttur. Infrastructure are new, well maintained. The cabin has a lot of equipment , BBQ, coffee machine, kitchen etc... Bed was really comfortable. The cabin is well located , no noises , and walking distance to the Valle de las piedras encimadas.

What did we like….everything! From check in to check out this was a lovely stay. Beautifully refurbished older building with caring staff. Guadalupe and Maggie at reception were amazing and Daniela in the restaurant was always there to accommodate our needs. Our room was just amazing (#7 which I think is the presidential suite). Large, quiet and well laid out with comfortable beds and high quality linens. The location was steps from a wonderful restaurant (santoua) and a short flat walk to the zocalo. This was the perfect stay and is very highly recommended.

Cholula şehrinde bulunan Casa San Andrés tesisi, ücretsiz WiFi sunar ve Acropolis Puebla noktasına 17 km, International Museum of the Baroque noktasına 7,8 km mesafededir. We really enjoyed our stay here. The photo was accurate , the bed was very comfortable , everything very clean, shower and wifi both excellent ! The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It needs to be pointed out that this is not a hotel. It’s like a BNB without the breakfast. It is located in a neighbourhood so there’s a restaurant right next door and numerous ones only a few paces away. We thoroughly recommend Los Remedios around the corner which was our regular spot for breakfast. Our room was on the side of the building so was probably a bit quieter than one overlooking the street. However there is always noise in Mexico so one accepts the music from the next door restaurant, the church bells at varying times of the night and spectacular fireworks ! It is Not like home which is the reason one travels. Cholula is divided into two administrations which can be a little confusing at first ( well it was for us). San Andrés where we stayed has its small Zocalo just a few metres away, and San Pedro ( a 15 min walk in the centre of town ) has the grand Plaza de Concordia, a very large and attractive park surrounded by streets of tourist shopping. If you want to stay in a quiet safe neighbourhood away from the tourist centre I can recommend Casa San Andrés .
