Beautiful small bungalow hotel right on the lake with a stunning jetty and nets over the water. Delicious food served all day and the best mescalita in Mexico. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the town - around £3 in a taxi and it’s so peaceful. At night you can only hear the sound of the water. The staff were so friendly and helpful - special thanks to Francisco for all the restaurant suggestions.

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful family-run boutique hotel, it really looks like shown in the pictures. We loved our 3 night stay and would have loved to stay longer. Nice breakfast, clean rooms with super comfy beds and a beautiful view from the bed with a big glass front ( and curtains if you want your privacy). Hammocks and a little patio in front of every room, little garden to hang out. Felt like a little oasis within the hotel jungle on the island. The staff was super friendly. We loved especially the decoration.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!
