Extremely beautiful location, right at one of the most beautiful spots of the lagoon with turquoise water. Perfect spot to go for a swim, relax on the terrace, or paddle out with one of the free kayaks. The room was small but very comfortable. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. One night, I asked for a hairdryer, and they went above and beyond to get me one to use that night. The next morning, they even installed a hairdryer in my room! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What a treat to have it on the beautiful terrace by the lake. They also have a restaurant where you can buy lunch, dinner and snacks. A perfect spot to relax and unwind!

From Ramone’s hospitality to the space, it truly felt like home :) everything was functional (shower, AC, Wi-Fi) - the place was very cosy and gave me the relaxation I needed. There is so many space inside a single unit, I loved the fact there was so much light!

Juan the host was such a great guy so helpful, all of his recommendations made the trip so enjoyable. We live in Mexico for the winter and do many road trips. We really enjoyed the locals and their inner happiness. Great restaurants, food was very flavorful and plentiful. Chemuyil is well worth the visit.

Great apartment, very well situated (close to the bus station, and has everything you need for a short stay! Very comfortable. Host was excellent and kind, brought us blankets when it got colder, recommended local restaurants and communicated very well with us.

The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

Staff went the extra mile! Free breakfast was a nice surprise although I am not sure it is always provided. (We were there for a special city-wide event.)
