I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Georgia, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and a smile, making me feel truly welcome and cared for. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, with everything I needed to feel at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and a warm, welcoming environment. Thank you again to Geórgia and the entire team – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sunki, the manager and William, the owner are great people, they arrange things for you, it was very helpfull. The kitchen is great, it has everything you need for cooking. There is a fan inside the tent, everything was nicely prepared. I am so greatfull, I have been in this wonderfull place.

I could have quite happily spent a few days here! Owner (sorry I can’t remember her name) is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, very clean and had air con! Across the road from the beach there is a balcony with sitting spots to relax. There is a coffee shop underneath with amazing coffee and the owner bakes (I had some some cheesecake, delicious) 3 restaurants within walking distance including the pizza place run by an Italian with the best pizza ever.

From the second we arrived to Little Corn, they welcomed us with so much kindness and we felt super welcome and at home during our whole stay. The staff always introducing themselves and asking how we were doing during the day made the atmosphere at the hotel super comfortable. This was most definitely the place in all of our vacation in Nicaragua where we met the kindest people, and we will miss the hard-working staff in both the hotel and restaurant and lot <3

Fabulous room, really clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing. We got there at 7.00am and they got the room ready way before check in time. Love this place and hope we can go back some day. Beautiful setting, store next door, restaurant close by. Hire a motorbike to get around or easy to hail taxis which are cheap.

Derek's Place - Little Corn Island Located in a remote, tranquil corner of Little Corn Island, Derek’s Place offers an authentic, off-the-grid experience for those seeking simplicity and connection... What Anna and Derek built is a true paradise. Beautiful cabanas on the remote part of the island. I particularly liked the common area. It was raining all the time while I was on the island, and I spent most of my time there. Anna and Derek are very friendly people. On some nights we listened to music, on others we played games, or just socialized. I also enjoyed talking to Derek. Prior to my arrival Anna got in touch with me, to arrange all necessary transportation.
