Our bungalow was right on the water where my wife and I watched the sunset from our bed. The area is lush and tropical with several species of plants and fruit trees. Great bird and duck watching. There's a bar here and a kitchen for preparing food. There is power and wifi. All our needs were met and we highly recommend. Perfect place for nature enthusiasts.

Absolutely the best place I visited the entire year of 2024. The staff was just absolutely perfect. A day before arriving. I had a motorcycle accident. Very painful. Fractured foot and wounds on arm and leg. The hotell staff helped me so very much to heal. Way beyond my expectations. So much kindness.

Che was an amazing host with lots of local recommendations and helped us book a scooter, ATV and gave us recommendations for horseback riding. This is an incredibly unique and beautiful cabin that Che built himself as a labour of love for his original home on Ometepe Island. We felt incredibly lucky to have stumbled on this absolute gem of a place to stay in one of the most special places in the world.

Our room was spotless, the WiFi is excellent, and the communal kitchen is a huge bonus. The hostess is really friendly and will help with anything you need, from logistics to rentals or tours. The breakfast she makes each day is excellent and rotates between four main meals. You even get a welcome drink on arrival! The location is great, surrounded by greenery but still close to restaurants, markets, and the Finca Magdalena approach to Maderas volcano. We stayed five nights and we’d happily stay again!

I stayed at Finca La Magia while traveling for 2 nigts and had a wonderful experience. The place is very beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Carlos is incredibly kind and helpful. He showed me around the permaculture property and gave me some great tips. You immediately feel welcome with him. It’s important to know that the accommodation is very basic: there is a compost (eco) toilet and the shower is outside. If you enjoy simple, natural living, you will love this place. I would recommend renting a motorcycle or a quad to be more flexible and explore the area easily. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

The suroundings and views are really beauriful. It also has a great location where you can reach all the main attractions and restaurants on a scooter. There is no AC but there are fans which were enough. We also appreciated the mosquito nets in all windows and doors as well as above the bed.
