Villa Sandes is situated in Thames. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Very central to what we needed. Communication with Maggie was great. Everything that we needed was there. . Kids had their own space.

Onetai Estates facilities made it an attraction itself. There’s 100 yr old Kauri trees & other native trees & ferns professionally lit up at night like a grand stand around an outdoor seating area with open fire pit & a spa bath. We booked a one night stay & extended it to three. There’s a bbq & pizza oven, an impressive lawn area that kids can kick a ball around, a massive solid timber dining table in a private gully surrounded by tree ferns a 2min walk away.

The house was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. The views over the bay are stunning, and the location couldn’t be better - it’s just a short walk to the Cathedral Cove walkway. Jenny was a fantastic host: genuinely friendly, responsive, and really thoughtful. We happened to be staying during a tropical storm, and she kept us updated on the weather, checked in to make sure we were safe and comfortable, and was incredibly understanding when flooding meant we couldn’t leave at our scheduled check-out time. She was flexible and kind let us stay longer on the day, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A recently renovated holiday home located in Whitianga, The Keenans features a garden. The host had great communication. The accommodation is new, modern and superbly tidy. Great deco and puzzles and card were available for entertainment. Has got all the necessities.
