Second time staying in this hotel and I loved it. Great staff , nice breakfast and facilities.. The initial confusion about what type of room was booked was handled efficiently and professionally. Will stay again.

This was the perfect stay for our first time visiting Cusco! Michael was so accommodating and made us feel right at home. He took the time explaining the history of the area and mapped out restaurant recommendations and the best things to see during our time. He prepared us packed breakfasts on the days we were not able to attend our included breakfast due to our early excursions. The sit down breakfast was home cooked made to order and so delicious. Room was perfect for us - clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, hot tea and bottled water on our floor was always stocked, wifi kept us connected. Our furry friend Cusi was an added bonus. Location was 5 min walk to restaurants and about a 10-15 min walk to downtown historic district. No issues from our travel tours picking us up from the property.

The host was very nice and friendly. They kept the luggage for us. The dinner was really tasty too! The room was so clean and the view is fantastic.

Refugio de Mery Lucmabamba está ubicado en Sahuayacu, a 17 km de Huayna Picchu, a 19 km de Machu Picchu y a 19 km de Museo de Sitio Manuel Chávez Ballón. Mery’s refugie is a total bless. The shower was actually running hot water! The bed was comfortable and warm, and both the dinner and breakfast prepared by Mery were the best food I’ve had in Peru! The fried trucha and the homemade guacamole were god’s food. For such a cost you really cannot find a better performance! Highly recommend!

Cedilia and Joel are so friendly and welcoming! We loved the walk with the alpacas and llama with Cedilia. Joel taught us how to cook an authentic Peruvian dinner, taking care to ensure that my daughter’s was gluten free. Their property is stunning and we wished we had spent more time there!
