The apartment was just perfect with laundry machine and all. We were able to have an early check-in and a late check-out which was just great because of our akward bus timetables. Nathalie and Anita were so helpful and kind to us all the time.

This is an amazing place to stay in Pimentel! Probably the safest place to stay here. The neighborhood is lovely and very close to the beach and the center. The owner is a lovely woman who really helps you our here, she provides great recommendations for during your stay where to eat and stuff. She and her employee really show that there trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For people traveling with small children the place is perfect too, the electricity plugs are all out off reach for kids, so you can safely let your kid run and play around the room.

Spacious rooms with satellite TV, free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and a casino are offered at Wyndham Costa del Sol Chiclayo. The Hotel is located in the centre of Chiclayo. The hotel was located on a Main Street, very near the main square and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The a la carte menu could be improved a bit, but the breakfast was excellent.

The room was comfortable and had all I needed including fridge and microwave and nice closets. The hot water was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff at breakfast was very attentive.

The kindness of the staff sets this hotel really high above any competition. During my stay, I felt unwell. The reception was able within minutes to organise a WhatsApp call with a doctor: and thankfully this fully solved my health concern! Also, the reception staff kindly sent the breakfast up to my room while I was recovering. Even aside from this exceptional care, the attention that the hotel gives their clients at all times is simply amazing. For example they sent - also via WhatsApp - a list of activities that can be organised on a Monday when some other museums are closed. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness.

The hotel's location is perfectly located in the city center. You're welcomed by a super friendly reception desk with both Spanish and English speaking staff. They can do everything for you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and receive personal attention from an assigned cleaner. There is also an attached restaurant with friendly staff who love to learn a little more about their customers with a little chat. Special thanks to Vanessa and Felipe for making our dinners special. The hotel also has its own taxi service for safe travel.
