Facing the beachfront, Lanas Beach Resort Carabao Island offers 3-star accommodation in San Jose and has a garden, shared lounge and terrace. We originally arrived here completely by chance. Our plan was to stay only a few days, but we fell in love with both the island and this accommodation — and ended up staying for a couple of weeks. We were lucky enough to spend Christmas and New Year here, which made the experience even more special. Christmas was beautifully arranged with great attention to detail, creating a warm, cozy and truly heartfelt atmosphere. The food truly deserves a special mention. Throughout our stay it was diverse, delicious and thoughtfully prepared. There was plenty of variety, the quality was consistently excellent, and every meal felt like it was made with care and love. The island offers everything you need while still remaining peaceful and close to nature. The surroundings are stunningly beautiful, calming and full of positive energy. We stayed in several different rooms during our visit, and every single one was excellent — clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. No matter which room we stayed in, it was always easy to relax and sleep well. The owners deserve the biggest thanks. They are incredibly kind, genuine people, and the help and care we received from them went far beyond our expectations. It truly felt more like staying with friends than being guests. And the best part — you don’t need a big budget to enjoy all of this. The value for money here is exceptional. If you are looking for – peace and quiet – beautiful nature – friendly people – joy and laughter …this is the place for you. We will definitely return. Julia & Joni ❤️

Located in Romblon in the Luzon region, Altheos Place Romblon Cottage 2 provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property features mountain and garden views. A beautiful cottage with all the appliances one needs. Also a nice and complete kitchen. Basic needs as cocking oil, soap, tissues, garbage bags etc were all provided. Sufficient air conditioning, and additional electric fan. Good mattresses, new towels and bedsheets. Quiet and rustic. Surrounded by a huge garden full of birds and butterflies. We had a wonderful time!

Annabel's Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Ferrol. A perfect oasis with superb food and amazing staff that were so helpful throughout my stay for info and organizing transport. The pool and surroundings are top class. Great place.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Noor Villa - Luxury 3 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment with Stunning Panoramic Sea View, Private Beach is located in Pinamihagan. When we booked this accommodation it seemed almost to good to be true. But the villa surpassed our expectations. Beautifully located on the southern part of Carabao Island overlooking the see and with a view on Boracay. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and in good working order. The pool was nice especially for sunsets. The spacious terrace was the best place to be, with always a refreshing breeze. Our host Rose is a gem. She picked us up from San Jose and did eveything to make our stay unforgetable.

Set in Romblon and only a few steps from Tiamban Beach, Lonos Circle Private Garden offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Loved the food the stay the veiw how close it was to the best beaches on the island, would highly recommend

Haus am Strand auf Sibuyan Island nahe Cresta de Gallo - Marevic's Guesthouse 1 ohne Klimaanlage is situated in Azagra. The place is run by the very nice and helpful Filipino/German couple Marevic (Marie) and Uwe. They will help you in organising everything from a day trip to Cresta De Gallo (for 3500 pesos as of March 2024) to the transfer back to Magdiwang if you have to catch a ferry to leave this spectacular yet relaxed island. Two well equipped and modern bungalows in a beautiful garden make you instantly feel home away from home. Marevic handles everything food related and Uwe is the facility manager. Even if there is a brownout on the island: no worries, solar powered batteries will take care of the situation. So you will never be long without light - or Wi-Fi… 😉 Don’t forget to try the homemade icecream. My favourite was Ube (some slightly salty sort of beetroot in a deep purple colour). The continental breakfast is delicious and after weeks of instant coffee I especially enjoyed the filter coffee. The bread with jam was also very nice. My favourite for dinner was the tasty burger. The meals can either be enjoyed on your own patio or in a bamboo shack right in front of the beach with Cresta De Gallo in the distance.
