Loved the warm Filipino hospitality of the staff. When you make a request, they take a next step to help solve your problem. The facilities were excellent. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and quite relaxing. I'd recommend taking a room with an ocean view, our toddler enjoyed the view of the fish pond from the room.

Meredith went above and beyond to help us with every request, always with a smile and such genuine care. Even when we had to switch to a different place for our final night (since they were fully booked), they still invited us to use the shared spaces and made us feel just as welcome. If you’re looking for a super cozy, laid-back place surrounded by the kindest people, Balay Kumbal is exactly where you want to be.

Such an incredible and beautiful place with amazing staff. You got so much for your money. Also the food in the restaurant was fantastic. Try the fried and Hot and Sweet chicken. Amazing
