Very helpful staff at the reception, I arrived late at night and they accommodated my checking very quickly and also booked me the taxi for the early morning.

We stayed in Sokol in November 2023, occupying 2 double rooms. We were completely blown away by the staff and facilities! Born and raised in Poland I often see the lack of proper customer service in my home country, but it wasn't the case in Sokol, and this was very refreshing to see! From the front desk manager Anna, through room service - everyone was professional, helpful, nice and accommodating! Pergola restaurant serves delicious traditional Polish dishes (my duck was to die for) and international food as well (good steaks). Our waitress (forgot her name) was so super nice, that we decided to invite our friends over, instead of going out for drinks! We loved our buffet breakfast!!! Great food quality and variety! Pool area is very cozy, with great variety of saunas! Hotel rooms very clean, bright, spacious and toasty warm! Beds very comfortable too! Oh, and we've met Polish President there too - little bonus for our short, but very comfortable stay! Great job Sokol - we will definitely come back!

Located in a quiet and green part Rzeszów, Hotel Zimowit is right by a park and the route number 4/E40. Free WiFi access and private parking are available. The Location of the hotel, free car park and the most I liked is how the Hotel staff is dressed and behaved! I've already forgotten how staff could express the respect and kind attitude with the way they are dressed and their manners! I am more than pleased - I was treated a high value Customer in Zimowit!

The breakfast is amazing and very nicely served. You can choose from five different options in the breakfast menu, including an option for children and a vegan option. The town itself is also nice, despite being situated at a crossroad. Would definitely choose the same place again. Absolutely recommended.
