Wonderful hotel. Very friendly front desk staff who gave a warm welcome. Dream room with lots of space, lovely bathtub and patio area overlooking olive groves. And separate sleeping area and lounge. Really wonderful getaway that was super peaceful and restorative, at the foot of the mountain of Monsaraz. Wanted to stay longer it was so wonderful. Beautiful gardens and land surrounding it with 2500 year old olive trees!

We enjoyed our meals prepared with locally grown and sourced produce.

Host is responsive and welcoming. We were with our dog and there was a water bowl for him as well. Great value for money, we enjoyed the stay very much

Nastanitev Casa do Serro de Lá se nahaja v mestu Santa Clara-a-Nova in ponuja teraso, brezplačen WiFi ter razgled na gore. Uživate lahko v razgledu na vrt. The house is very well taken care of and the decoration is incredible! Super cozy, with a very nice patio with a great view. We are leaving wanting to come back!

Great welcoming, personal, easy and very friendly staff. Great parking possibilities. Very modern style property with all necessary attributes. Charging stations for the cars, golf buggies for rent, bikes, padel court, great garden with pool. As the property only has a few rooms you feel like you have the place for yourself. Kitchen was open on arrival but due to special event that night, there was a tapas (petiscos) menu, good but we would have loved more options. Breakfast was served every morning, with a personal touch..offering a broad selection of bread, juices, coffee, tea, milk, scrambled eggs...basically all you would need. Everything ordered at the table and served by the table. Pool and pool area is great...and the property is pet friendly which is a huge plus! We loved the experience and it was only a 10min ride into Évora. We will for sure be back!

Nastanitev SOLAR DOS FRADES se nahaja v mestu Ferreira do Alentejo in ima zunanji bazen, fitnes, vrt ter skupni prostor za druženje. Two weary cyclists arrived for one night. We were delighted! Ines—one of the owners— is warm and welcoming. Our room was splendid—comfortable, lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast was perfect—obrigado Patricia! We liked this beautiful Solar ( a former school where Ines was a schoolgirl—how cool!) so much that we stayed one more night! My friend left for work in Lisboa and I stayed for a third night! One night turned into three because it is so delightful! I have cycled 94,000+km around the world and have stayed at well over 1000+ hotels around the world on every continent except Antarctica—Solar Dos Frades is one of the best! Obrigado Ines!
