The hotel is simply fantastic! As soon as we arrived, Edgard told us the history of the property, even explaining the reason for some of the decorative items. The room is very comfortable and clean, as are the breakfast areas and common areas. The breakfast is fantastic, served with fresh and very tasty items. The place also has a kitchen with cake every day and tea. We went as two couples in winter and regretted staying only two nights. It felt like we were in a small Swiss village, cozy, welcoming and very pleasant. Edgard was kind all times when we requested support.

I emailed them to say that I would be arriving about 11pm. They sent me full instructions and codes to let myself in and find my room. I left early the next morning so I did not meet any staff in person so can't review them.
