Marla is an excellent host...indeed there are eggs from house waiting for you, there is everything in house you need. Kitchen well equipped, maybe a better kitchen knife would be good. Barbecue at the outside terrace with wood available. Marla's husband catched some fresh fish we could buy.

It’s a little remote from Horta but that’s the beauty and we hired electric bikes in town for the duration and were able to do the shopping and see the island without hassle. Perfect way to enjoy the opportunity to be away from the fray.

Baia das Caldeirinhas sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Azoreihin kuuluvalla Faialin saarella, vain 30 metrin päässä Porto Pimin lahdelta. Great location, quiet, rooms were spacious. Housekeeping around 11am meant you could sleep in a little if you wanted to rest. Comfy beds and nice living room.

Had an amazing stay. Not only are the rooms super comfortable and clean, the view of the ocean is amazing, the breakfast is lovely and the hosts are super nice! They have farmland, where they grow organic products and also a huuge and beautiful garden, which is just out of this world. Even a tunnel, which ends by the shore. The landing strip of the airport is very close by but it is not loud at all, since the airport is not very busy. It's rather entertaining watching the planes. Would visit Faial again just to spend more time at this place.
