Never have I met such an outstanding staff. They were always available for questions & special requests, and were smiling & happy the entire time. Furthermore is the hotel extremely beautiful, with lovely spacious rooms (with a comfortable & BIG bed as well as a kitchen!). I will definitely return to this amazing hotel & staff as soon as I get the possibility to return to Lisbon! A plus is their delicious brunch...

Located on a hill in the heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace Lisbon consists of three buildings in which two of them are traditional 19th-century mansions, surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. Perfect interior decoration, pool and restaurants. Hotel upgraded me to a suite as it was my birthday. Fantastic services
