Set in Timişoara, 1.9 km from Timișoara Orthodox Cathedral, Mercure Timisoara offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable, and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s also very close to the city center, and the tram station is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.

The Oxford Inns&Suites is located in a peaceful residential area only 4 km from the city centre and 8 km from the Timisoara International Airport. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were staying in a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Both TVs had youtube and Netflix, the heating worked great. It was not too busy so there was enough parking space for us. There was a good continental breakfast, constantly refilled.

We arrived to a spotlessly clean brand new apartment fully equipped with a kitchen, and washing machine. The owner was very helpful and also made sure the heating was turned on for our arrival which was greatly appreciated, especially when travelling with small children. We received pictures and instructions on how to get to the apartment and where to park, and were grateful that we were able to check in so late as we'd been travelling all day. The surrounding area is also very pleasant and is about a 5 minute drive away from a shopping centre and lots of late night fast food places.
