It is good hotel however we booked for 3 persons through booking.com however when we checked in they have only one double bed. do they dont have sofacum bed as it should be the case they after our complain gave one extra mattress. Room was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was excellent with everything you could wish for in a home away from home. Communication was excellent and access was by digital code at door. A sign outside clearly identified its location so was easy to find. We spent one week here and it felt like home, comfortable, quiet, and fitted with all the modern amenities to make our stay pleasurable. We will definitely stay here again in the future and look forward to discovering more of Riyadh (metro link is close) and taxis found us easily.
