I would highly recommend this hotel to families coming for umra, shuttle busses are available 24 hours and within 3 to 4 minutes it takes you to Harram, staff is very cooperative specifically Mr. KARIM at reception is a super star extremely helpful and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, air conditioning was working perfectly, they had washing machine at the top roof even to bring you and take you up the sloop they have 24 hours shuttle, realy good value for money and hopefully they continue to provide the excellent service, will definitely come back to this place

I love everything about Al Nood. Starting from how Abdullah at the reception helped me all the way from Madina directing me from Whatspp and making sure that my accommodation was secured to the last day I was departing the hotel back home, all was a beautiful experience to the glory of ALLAH Azzawajal. In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.
