Offering a garden and garden view, Sköna stugan is situated in Kolmården, 5.4 km from Getå and 20 km from Norrköping Train Station. The owner was very nice to us and it was easy to just ring his dorbell for the key. He also gave us some tips about the area. He even invited us to pick anything that was growing in the garden. The property has a wonderful, lush garden, a small outdoor play area for kids which includes swings, which my daughter loves. The house is so nicely kept, the veranda towards the garden was a great place to relax and look at the lake and beautiful garden plants. Great privacy due to all the plants :) Inside, the little kitchen has everything you could need, there are a lot of interesting games in the living room and the bathroom is clean and has a window, so it is easy to freshen the air and avoid dampness. The bedroom was enough for us 3 and my daughter loved the bunk bed, of course. We still needed a bit of heat and there was no problem, the elements worked very well.

A hidden gem, we did not expect to find. The welcome was warm and friendly. The cottage is a bit older, but very cosy and nicely equipped. The decorations are thoroughly chosen, the bed is super comfortable and the small kitchen has all you need. We loved the Sauna And with all the animals around it was an amazing short stay for us.
