Ibou could not have been more helpful and his communication is excellent. The chef is outstanding, the room spotless and the security man always around. A wide selection of trips are available. The village is local and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend a visit to anyone wanting an adventure in this fabulous part of Senegal.

They helped me arrange my visit to the Fathala Games Reserve and arranged a boat ride for me to see a Pelicans dormitory and Shell Island. They were very helpful and I totally enjoyed my stay with them

This is thanks to Celine and Gilles, who created a beautiful place, gather their guests around the dinner table for warm and mind-opening conversations and inventive, delicious, fine home-cooked meals, who share incredible experiences of local life through their guided tours, while being highly responsible for the well-being of local community and nature, and, last, but not least - leaving guests, who don't speak French feeling comfortable. La villa sur la plage is situated in Palmarin and has a private pool and sea views. Three dreamlike days in a little piece of paradise! I was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful beachfront villa, and I leave with a heart full of gratitude and emotion. Every moment was pure bliss, soothed by the sound of the waves and the warmth of an exceptional team. A huge thank you to Awa, Pierre, Omar, Ami, Kangou, Marie Jeanne, Awa Bah, and Ismaïla, whose kindness, professionalism, and care made this stay magical. Every smile, every gesture, every detail was just perfect. You truly feel at home—cherished, respected, and loved. Location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of the delta Saloum, surrounded by the mangrove trees. The hotel has a magnificent view on the lake and the stay in the tree house was another adventure on its own.
