He organized tours for us and arranged transport to another hotel. We also felt at home in this hotel, as the excellent chef prepared fresh and delicious meals based on our preferences. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. The location is close to the boat dock, where tours to Shell Island are organized. We wish you success!

The hosts were extremly friendly and helpful, organizing a river/birdwatching tour and a trip to Fathala Wild Animal Reserve. The breakfast at a long table was tasty and generous, with interesting talks. We felt at home.

Set in Mar Lodj, Nguel du Saloum - Chez Abdou et Mar features accommodation with seating area. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Great place with very friendly owners and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable and would 100% stay there again.

Ok, this is one of the few special places that create memories from your trip, not just a comfortable place to stay during your trip. And not only in Toubakouta, but in Senegal overall. Visiting Keur Niaye is like spending a vacation in the country with your favorite aunt as a kid. This is thanks to Celine and Gilles, who created a beautiful place, gather their guests around the dinner table for warm and mind-opening conversations and inventive, delicious, fine home-cooked meals, who share incredible experiences of local life through their guided tours, while being highly responsible for the well-being of local community and nature, and, last, but not least - leaving guests, who don't speak French feeling comfortable. There are various leisure activities, I can warmly recommend the full day tour with the pirogue to visit the Sine Saloum Delta or an evening run in the suroundings of the hotel.
