I hope to come back to stay again someday!

A good location for a stress-free stay in Khlung, Suan Rom Mai Chanthaburi สวนร่มไม้ จันทบุรี is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden. Amazing location, very quiet (I think I got lucky). Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The beach is good for walking and has minimal surf, so is good for lap swimming. I stumbled on to a night market my first night there and found several items to take home for dinner. There is a fridge, electric kettle, and plenty of utensils if you want to do your own cooking.
