I was so excited to write this review because this place is amazing! My son and I stayed for 2 nights while we were visiting Erawan National Park. We were greeted by Nan's smiling face at reception when we arrived. Nan is the best ! She answered questions and all my text messages, lol. Thank you, Nan 😊 🦋 The resort was so beautiful and a much needed change from Bangkok. They have a natural swimming pool and kayaks, and they take people on a boat ride in the evening. The food is so good and can be brought to your room or the rooftop patio. Beds are comfortable. A.c was amazing. The rooms were clean. Quite,the walls are thick. They went out of their to help us anytime we asked. The staff there is wonderful. The grounds are clean, and the dogs are super friendly. We are already talking about how we get back there before we head back home. It is a 15-minute drive to the waterfalls. There is a bus , and Grab is available but spotty. Also, the resort is about an hour or 1.5 hrs away from Kanchanaburi.

Ploy Resort, Kanchanaburi Savaş Mezarlığı'na 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Tüm alanlarında ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi sunan otelde ücretsiz özel otopark mevcuttur. Loved the property and the staff was so friendly and helpful. B helped me check in and went out of her way to make sure I was able to get on the bus to Erawan falls, even though I had just missed the timing, she drove me to the bus on her motorbike so I was able to make it. The resort itself is great (walking distance from the train station & close to many restaurants). From the back, there is a nice sitting area along River Kwai. Very peaceful, pleasant experience. I would recommend this & would love to stay again.

Facilities were nice, the boat trip was fun as it allowed to float down the river. Stargazing was possible at night, the location is chilling if you come by car and want a timeout.
