It was a little away from the bungalows and next door to a very good restaurant (Driftwood). Motorbike rental was easy (250 baht/day) and the bike was in good condition. Beach was a short ride down to Delight Bungalows. Laundry was done in a day for 80 baht/kg.

This was our second time staying at Alanta Villa (we stayed last year in a 2-bed at the front) and the place is just amazing—that is why we came back! This year we were in a villa towards the back; it was a 3-bed unit, but they locked one room to suit our 2-bed booking, which worked perfectly for us. Highlights: • They are incredible and would truly do anything for you. They organized our scooter rental and had it ready for our arrival. They also organised our airport transfer to Krabi upon checkout, making everything seamless. • We loved the fresh fruit platter every morning. We didn't order food delivery this time, but we did last year and remember it being delicious and a very nice service to have. You just WhatsApp them what you want. • The location is great and very quiet. Interestingly, the monkeys were less frequent this year (only visited twice in 6 nights), but I did notice more insects this time (frogs, ants, stick insects, millipedes and some spiders). We love this place and highly recommend it.
