300 metres from Ya Nui Beach, Baan sikhao Yanui is a recently renovated property located in Rawai Beach and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Great location, 5 min walking from the beach. Very cosy atmosphere, welcoming and helpful hosts. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a breakfast or make a coffee. We stayed with family, so great space to spend evenings together playing board games.

The room is beautiful and tastefully designed The beach is incredible ( even when raining) But the most important thing was the ladies of the staff, they made us feel so comfortable and at home It was possible to order take out from nearby restaurants (which were really good)

The owner was very helpful, perfect location, room was very spacious, fantastic view, good balcony, Yanui beach is half an hour by foot, but for us it was very ok, we like walking, a lot of restaurant very near, very near to public bus stop.
