No pushback like "Sorry, it is too late, will look into it tomorrow", "sorry we can't fix that". All issues were late (10pm+), and all were addressed pretty much immediately. Staff is kind (Thai level plus plus kind). Enjoy your stay here

The hotel is not very big but has a classic atmosphere. The beach is beautiful and wide. The sand is white and fine. The staff gave a warm welcome and were willing to provide very good service. Delicious breakfast. The taste pleases both Thais and foreigners.

The host was amazing and helped us with everything we needed, making our stay truly relaxing and stress-free. First of all, excellent value for money, especially if you're travelling in a group of three or four. The house actually has two bedrooms - one with two twin beds, one with a double. So you'll get a lot of space for the price of a small room on the beach. The house has absolutely everything you need, and is very clean. We didn't use the twin beds, but the double was comfortable and very soft by Thai standards. You will definitely need your own transportation, though. All the other necessities are a two to ten minute drive away. The house has covered parking and a garage for a small car or scooters, which is a huge plus. There is a shortcut to the beach, which cuts the walk down to 10 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, you can drive down the soi near the 7-11 to reach it. Overall, if you want to be closer to the beach, you won't find anything near this price. If you don't mind driving everywhere, and are up for a local experience, this place is a good choice.
