We absolutely loved our stay with Henry and his incredible team. First impressions were that it was a bit more rustique than envisioned but 20 minutes later we were just delighted. The resort it wonderful, the Mekong views are out of this world and the staff just can’t do enough. Henry, the owner, is an incredibly interesting man and any conversation with him just leaves you wanting for more stories. There is a real feeling of community. Staff live and work there alongside their families. There are children milling about and many interesting stories as to how everyone came to be there. If I were to return to Luang Prabang, and I hope to, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Henry and team

Centara Korat has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Nakhon Ratchasima. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Buffet was amazing and great price. Ideally situated next to mall. Parking was easy access 2nd floor . Highly recommend

Situated in Bangkok, 2.6 km from One Bangkok, Shama Yen-Akat Bangkok features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The whole experience at Shama Yen Akat Bangkok was awesome end-to-end. At first, we chose not to pay for the breakfast to allow us some freedom to have breakfast in different places, but their restaurant has a very delicious and well-served breakfast option for a reasonable price (350 Bahts/person). We ended up having different things every day but at the very same place. Everything was delicious! Fortunately, the hotel does not offer those inflated cereal-chockie bars. Much better than that, there is an awesome supermarket walking distance, where we could find great deals. If you like special beers, you will find some absolutely amazing Thai craft beers out there (I recommend the Raven IPA). We could see some NYE fireworks from the nice rooftop, we could also enjoy the pleasant pool area (where towels are provided) after a busy day, and we also did some work out at their gym (treadmill was out of service, I have to say). If you want to go out for some running, there is a beautiful park (called Lumpini) in the area. A Grab (equivalent to Uber) from the hotel takes no more than 5 minutes to take us there at a fair price. Finally, if you run out of cash (which is still much used in Bangkok, thankgod not for a Grab), there is a convenient ATM at the entrance of the hotel.

This resort was absolutely breathtaking. It is built on the cliff side and has surrounding views of the ocean. The restaurant was right over the water and our room had scenic views of the sunrise. The staff were friendly and the location is perfect for those who want to experience the island life but also want tranquility and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again!
