We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect, we had the most amazing hosts, Debbie and Zubie! We loved our room, it was very spacious with a big, comfortable bed, a large bathroom - and a wonderful view to the mountains. It really is a perfect, cozy and welcoming Turkish retreat with nature around us. After having a delicious Turkish breakfast in the morning, we could go for a hike and see the waterfalls or the Oylat Cave during the day and enjoy a hot bath in the evening. In addition, we were lucky enough to spend New Year's Eve there and had a wonderful night with our hosts, who made us feel at home. We definitely recommend it and would return anytime!

We stayed at this hotel as a family — my wife, our children, and I — and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was warm and homey, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place for a family getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. We would love to come back again!

The rooms were super clean. Huge variety for breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant is a unique experience! Excellent quality of food.

The staff kindly arranged an early check-in for me and, in addition, allowed me to have breakfast even though my departure was late at night. Such flexibility and attention to guests’ needs made my stay very comfortable.

This business is owned by a lovely family who was incredibly kind and helpful. I was there for work and needed help findind different archeological sites around town and Altu went beyond his way to guide me, drive me and show me around. Turkish hospitality at its finest. The hotel was right next to the lake, the room was comfortable, cosy and clean. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.
