Great duvet covers and enough kitchenware for cooking your own meals which we did. It’s close to everything. AND THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR.

We arrived by car, which was very convenient — the location is easy to reach and surrounded by beautiful places to visit. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the villa at all — it was so relaxing, comfortable, and full of charm. Everything was perfect for a quiet and cozy stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment there. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest, recharge, and simply enjoy the beauty around. 💛

Not just about the big & clean room, the excellent landscape, and Rabia and her husband (they are so nice and warm that they made my journey better and better: not just drive you to different beaches to have fun but also helped me “fight” with the bad guy I met as I traveled here by myself and met some bad people. Besides, Rabia also helped me catch the bus and there are lots of fantastic memories🩷) I will always remember them and will come back again to see Rabia and her cute catssssss!🫶

The area is peaceful and relaxing, but close enough to Fethiye to enjoy the town whenever you want.

Incredible location, comfortable rooms, enough activities for our family with two teens (pickleball, gym, paddleboards, kayaks, beach), music at the beach or restaurants, but not excessive or anything we heard from our room, and really great wellness classes and opportunities free of charge.

Located in Fethiye, Villa Neo with 2 private pools, bbq, jacuzzi and sauna offers a patio with pool and garden views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. We stayed at Villa Neo in Fethiye for 3 nights during our vacation, and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! The villa was new, super clean, and in a great location. It’s perfect for a family of 5–6 people, with a really nice outdoor pool (very clean and a great size), plus an indoor pool and sauna. We enjoyed it so much, we ended up extending our stay another 2 nights! The hosts were amazing—really helpful and kind. There was a small accident where one of the chairs got damaged, but they were very understanding and made sure we were okay. They didn’t even charge us for it, which we really appreciated. Everything was spotless, and the whole experience was just smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fethiye!
