She assisted in arranging our anniversary celebration, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. Her warmth, grace, and thoughtful approach made every interaction with her a true pleasure. She is truly an asset to the hotel. The new staff at the reception was very polite, helpful, and welcoming. He handled everything efficiently and always with a smile. The Duty Manager was exceptionally kind and understanding. He went above and beyond to accommodate us by arranging a late check-out due to our late-night flight. His flexibility, generosity, and genuine concern for our comfort truly reflected outstanding leadership and hospitality. Gökhan from the breakfast team was also exceptional. He took very good care of us and everyone around us, ensuring that everything we needed was always available. He served everyone with full passion and attentiveness. The level of hospitality everyone showed reflects the highest standards of service. It is rare to find people who serve with both efficiency and heart, but everyone we interacted with Pelin, the reception guy, the Duty Manager, and Gökhan does so effortlessly. Because of them, this stay was not just comfortable, it was truly memorable.

Everything i like it, it was lovely stay at Istanbul for almost 14 days. The place near to metro, the emplees help us. I recommended that place if you like to have nice journey and unforgettable vacation.
