The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and feels fresh both in the rooms and common areas. Amenities are in good condition, everything works as expected, and the interior has a neat, comfortable feel. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, and the location is excellent — especially convenient if you need quick access to the airport. For the price, the quality you get is genuinely great and feels like good value.

I loved the cleanliness of the place, the warm welcome, and the helpful and respectful receptionist. The lobby was clean and elegantly furnished, and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The availability of parking in the basement was excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful at every point. They changed our room immediately on the same day when we were not happy with how clean the first room was. They answered every question and were very approachable both at the reception and via WhatsApp. I'd like to especially mention and thank Sofia (I hope that I got the name right). The second room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The view from the windows was beautiful! Everything was functioning without any problems. We could cook, wash dishes and clothes, take a shower and just relax. It was especially nice that the hotel presented us with a cake on my father's birthday. I also found it very cute that the staff was wearing Christmas sweaters on New Years Eve.

The room was very spacious and every single member of the staff was proactive in helping and they just say yes to all requests.

Hotel De Reve Galata-Special Class se nachází na výhodném místě v centru města Istanbul a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací, terasu, bezplatné Wi-Fi a bar. It was perfect in every way! Especially the staff .. so kind and helpful . And the wonderful breakfast watching the balloons from the terrace . The views at sunrise were spectacular but also at night … so serene.

This hotel is highly recommended :)
