The living room is comfortable and has a tv for when you want some rest time. The kitchen is well kitted out for preparing both snacks and main meals. It was a pleasure to stay here and Arzu is lovely, bringing extra items for the apartment and ready to help.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience at Leos Apartments. Newly renovated, fantastic facilities offered with outstanding hospitality from the landlord. Kitchen, living room, bed room, equipment - everything was at top quality. We felt that the whole experience was highly personal and luxurious, offering great value for money. Location was also great in the center of Side. We are already looking at coming back soon.

Incredible apartment, bigger than I expected ( 2 bedrooms +1 living room), everything is new and very clean, peaceful area, walking distance to many good restaurants and also Kumkoy beach is close. The owner really made me feel like I am home!

The host is a super nice lady. Easy to deal with and very sweet. There was no problem with picking up the keys. The host was very understanding when I had an unexpected personal issue. Nothing serious happened but it was just very comforting to know that she was such an empathetic and understanding person. Moreover the property is in a good area, quiet and close to a shop. Well looked after and clean. A bit on a small side but comfortable. I slept there very well :)

Big,modern,clean and everything you need. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. We will definitely come back! The area is also very quiet, you can relax on the balcony in peace. The hosts are amazingly welcoming and helpful, we will be glad to come here again. We came with a baby and were met with not only a comfortable crib, but also some extra useful things. They also gave us some tips and helped to order food from a local place. The beach is walking distance and was almost empty.

The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for many nights. I'd definitely come back here. I enjoyed this place more than the five-star hotels beautiful Side has to offer.
