I arrived far after midnight which was no problem and I could stay in the common room until 13.00 the next day so I did not have to rush the next day. Would really recommend this place!

Chao Motel está ubicado en Taoyuan, a 21 km de Mercado nocturno de Nanya, y ofrece vista a la ciudad. We had an incredible stay at Chao Motel during our recent trip to Taoyuan, Taiwan. This was my first trip to Asia and my first trip to Taiwan, so I didn’t know what to expect. I had reached out to the motel prior to our trip with questions and they were very responsive, which I was very impressed with their customer service. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a spacious shower and high-quality toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep every night. I really appreciate the air purifier in the room. My mom got sick on day 2 of our trip and I truly believe the air purifier and daily cleanliness prevented me from getting the same throat infection my mom had. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always ready to assist with calling a taxi for us, and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The motel’s location was another highlight – conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Taoyuan and beyond. Chao Motel also stood out for its peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing. Our family, including my 13-year-old daughter, found it to be the ideal base for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and was included. I chose this motel because it offered both western and Taiwanese cuisine. You can get eggs made to order every morning and their special meal of sirloin beef, shrimp and squid was delicious! My daughter loved her scrambled eggs and chicken nuggets. We enjoyed the variety of foods too. There is a car port/garage where you can park your car and the room is above on the second floor. I never stayed in an accommodation like this before but I loved it and so did my family. We highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and convenience in Taoyuan.

Liuxing Inn is situated in Taoyuan, 900 metres from Taoyuan Arts Centre. Guests can enjoy brunch at the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. The beds were big and comfortable, so was the room. The car park was right in the property. The toilet was huge and nice. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! We had steak for breakfast! Internet was fast! Everything was great!

A true hidden gem tucked among local homes—I really didn’t expect the stay to be this comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and very thorough when explaining everything, from how to obtain transportation to the property, the facilities available at the guesthouse, nearby food spots and attractions, and even helping me book a taxi to the airport. I stayed in a room on the second floor that was spacious— enough for four people, especially if you’re traveling with kids, since it has a queen bed and a bunk bed. There was even a coin‑operated washing machine inside the room, which was super convenient. The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was very comfortable—it made for a wonderful night’s sleep. Even though the bathroom was small, it was still adequate and well-equipped, complete with a bidet. I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t have the chance to try the recommended food or explore the nearby attractions—but that just gives me a great reason to come back next time.
