This is my second time staying here. The previous manager was an obnoxious and unhinged lunatic, but they fired her, and all the current managers are lovely. (If you previously had negative encounters with that awful manager, I suggest you give this place another chance.) The whole place is super clean all the time, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Legitimate 24 hour check in, unlike almost every other place in Kharkiv that lies about it. Not a party hostel, this a quiet serene place to rest.

Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Quite big. Not far from the city center. The host is fantastic, she will help you with anything you need. The apartment is cleaned regularly, and bed linen changed during your stay. I really enjoyed my stay there. I recommend this place if you're in Kharkiv

Situated in Kharkiv, 200 metres from Kharkov Historical Museum, Two-floor apartments and studio 2-х этажные апартаменты и студия в самом центре features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and... Location was awesome. Walking distance from my workplace, lots of redtsurants and bars, central market, and metro. So nice to have a washing machine and drying rack! I didn't use the cooktop, but it was there if I'd felt the need to cook. The fridge did a good job of keeping my water, milk, and chocolate cold. Comfortable bed and a well placed tv, visible from the couch and the bed when swivelled had local cable channels (most places do not). It was nice to see local shows and infotainment. The air conditioner/heater did a good job as the temperature suddenly dropped during my stay. Toilet is standard (don't flush any paper products) and shower worked well but only had a wand - no way to just stand under the stream. The view is spectacular, but I didn't spend many waking (daylight) hours in the flat. Very quiet and peaceful. Working elevator - HUGE PLUS. Always check to see if the elevator works. I walked up the first night, as it was dark and I was not familiar with the building... It's doable, but the elevator make it more pleasant.

I don't write reviews very often. However, I would like to draw special attention to the wonderful time my wife and I had in Kharkiv, thanks in part to this wonderful apartment. My rating is definitely 10/10. The price/quality ratio is perfect. The location is very convenient: there are cafes and restaurants around with nice prices and very tasty food. Grocery stores are also available: they are open until 22:00 (information as of February 2025). We were travelling by car, so it was important for us to have parking on both sides of the property. Yes, you can park your car in the courtyard of the house, which, like the house itself, is very cosy and brings back memories of childhood... The ancient infrastructure around the house, wide streets, a tram and snow-covered porches. Everything creates an unforgettable picture. By the way, the house is located in the city centre, which is why the view from the window is simply amazing: one glance is enough to comprehend the entire grandeur of the city. As for the house itself: it is cosy and enjoyable. The bed is nice and comfortable, I slept well and peacefully. By the way, speaking of peace: the rule of silence at night really applies here! Despite the screams of city sirens, the neighbours are polite :) That is why we managed to recover well before the next day. Summing up, I can say that we were satisfied! Special thanks to the owners for the fact that these apartments provide the possibility of spending the night with pets. p.s: we were resting in room number 9.

Everything was just fantastic, best place to stay. Very quiet, located in the city center, there are rooms in the basement with no windows if you want to feel safer during the rocket attacks Very friendly staff, clean rooms and homey atmosphere in the room.

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Apartments on Sumskaya is set in Kharkov city centre. Kharkov State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre is 300 metres away. Kahrkov Zoo is a 10-minute walk. Very central. Perfect location and beautiful view from balcony, for summer and warm weather it should be perfect for coffee and breakfast in the balcony. But there is no equipped kitchen.
