However, I would like to draw special attention to the wonderful time my wife and I had in Kharkiv, thanks in part to this wonderful apartment. My rating is definitely 10/10. The price/quality ratio is perfect. The location is very convenient: there are cafes and restaurants around with nice prices and very tasty food. Grocery stores are also available: they are open until 22:00 (information as of February 2025). We were travelling by car, so it was important for us to have parking on both sides of the property. Yes, you can park your car in the courtyard of the house, which, like the house itself, is very cosy and brings back memories of childhood... The ancient infrastructure around the house, wide streets, a tram and snow-covered porches. Everything creates an unforgettable picture. By the way, the house is located in the city centre, which is why the view from the window is simply amazing: one glance is enough to comprehend the entire grandeur of the city. As for the house itself: it is cosy and enjoyable. The bed is nice and comfortable, I slept well and peacefully. By the way, speaking of peace: the rule of silence at night really applies here! Despite the screams of city sirens, the neighbours are polite :) That is why we managed to recover well before the next day. Summing up, I can say that we were satisfied! Special thanks to the owners for the fact that these apartments provide the possibility of spending the night with pets. p.s: we were resting in room number 9.

Very quiet, located in the city center, there are rooms in the basement with no windows if you want to feel safer during the rocket attacks Very friendly staff, clean rooms and homey atmosphere in the room.

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Apartments on Sumskaya is set in Kharkov city centre. Kharkov State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre is 300 metres away. Kahrkov Zoo is a 10-minute walk. Very central. Perfect location and beautiful view from balcony, for summer and warm weather it should be perfect for coffee and breakfast in the balcony. But there is no equipped kitchen.
