Our stay here was an absolute highlight of our trip! The room was cozy and comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. Sondra was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips (including how to get a deal on pizza!) Breakfast was phenomenal—honestly on par with a high-end brunch at a nice restaurant, and such a great deal. We loved sitting down with other travelers, swapping stories about our trips and getting inspired for our next stops. The bathrooms were VERY well stocked with top-quality toiletries—even things I didn’t realize I might need. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay feel extra special. And we have to mention the backyard chickens! Watching them from our window was such a joy, and knowing the eggs on our breakfast plates came from those very chickens made everything feel so fresh and personal. From the fresh eggs to all the little thoughtful details, SunStar captured the spirit of what makes staying at a bed and breakfast so special. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone and can’t wait to come back!

The hosts are friendly (John and Beth), and if someone is a dog lover then this is also the place to be. Great location, great breakfast, the room was comfortable, and the views of the Wrangells are amazing.

Modern Midtown Base Camp with 3 Luxe King Beds está ubicado en Anchorage, a 5,2 km de Centro Cívico y de Convenciones William A. Egan, a 5,2 km de Sullivan Arena y a 5,6 km de Anchorage Depot. Very spacious yet cozy and very well decorated. Definitely felt like a home and not just a quickly thrown together rental. Centrally located in Anchorage as well. Host was attentive and accommodating and would definitely recommend to any group visiting Anchorage!
