The hotel features family rooms. Big fluffy gray towels and roomy hot shower. Comfy bed and different pillow options. Mini fridge with freezer so I could refreeze my ice packs. Appreciated the microwave. The floor in the bathroom was not cold at all and kinda cushy - that was such a surprise perk. Parking close to stairs up to room. Wifi was truly free and didn't have to sign up for anything, just put in the password.

It's conveniently located, easy to get to after a long flight and easy to get back to the terminals the next day. One major bonus.... the hotel has a 24 hour cafe! You can get food or drinks at anytime. If you arrive on a red eye or if like me, you have jet lag and wake up at 3am, no problem. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has great food and offers room service.

Pismo Beach Pier is 1.6 km away. Beautiful place on the cliff, amaizing views. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options. The 1-bedroom suite was spacious and very clean. Almost new, king-size bed and then 2 queen beds in the second bedroom is such a great setup for our family with 2 kids. The pool and the hot tub, and the playground - there were things for everyone. And the walk to the beach is short, with stairs involved. We once walked from Pismo Beach and enjoyed it a lot. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And so professional! We were on a road trip, staying in different hotels every 1-2 nights, and this hotel really stood out.
