Big fluffy gray towels and roomy hot shower. Comfy bed and different pillow options. Mini fridge with freezer so I could refreeze my ice packs. Appreciated the microwave. The floor in the bathroom was not cold at all and kinda cushy - that was such a surprise perk. Parking close to stairs up to room. Wifi was truly free and didn't have to sign up for anything, just put in the password.

Grand Hyatt at SFO has a fitness centre and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi. Location was excellent, access to air train primary purpose for booking.

The place is perfect: clean, cozy, spacious, quiet, and well-lit. The breakfast is delicious! We stayed just one day, but we would have stayed longer if we had more time. The area around is perfect and calm — just right to relax from the busy life!
