Staff, Michele, was super friendly. There was a manatee that would come back every day.

Checking in and out was extremely easy and we were greeted very nicely by the owner. The lodges themselves are actually boats (or rather, floating houses) which we hadn't realized beforehand. It was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed the facility very much. The beds are comfortable and the lounge/kutchen area is large and well-furbished enough. Bathroom was clean and in excellent shape.

The Artist House guests will enjoy a daily continental breakfast and spa hot tub. Breakfast was very nice and both days it was different, giving some good variety. Sitting outside on the patio was lovely and the staff was very friendly!
