Wonderful experience - the a la carte breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was the absolute best. Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed .
